Who can apply?
Anyone whose personal data we process may apply to us to exercise their rights under Article 11 of KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data). For minors, a parent or legal representative applies on their behalf. Applications made on behalf of another person require a document of authorisation.
How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you may submit your application in Turkish by one of the methods below. Our company does not have a registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
- In writing: By a petition bearing your wet-ink signature, delivered by hand, by post or through a notary public to Merkez Mah. Abide-i Hürriyet Cad. No:191/11 Şişli / Istanbul
- With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature: By sending your signed application by e-mail to [email protected]
- By e-mail: From the e-mail address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our system, to [email protected]
We kindly ask you to write "Request for Information under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data" in the subject line or on the envelope. Where we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information; this is to prevent your data from being disclosed to someone else.
What your application must include
- Full name and, if the application is in writing, signature
- For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, Turkish identity number; for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number or, if any, identity number
- Residential or business address for notification purposes
- If any, e-mail address, telephone or fax number for notification purposes
- The subject of your request (which right you wish to exercise and, if any, details of the related tour, date or correspondence)
- If any, documents supporting your request
You do not need to send a copy of your identity card or passport to apply; please also do not use our quote form for applications, as the form is not designed for this information.
How will your application be concluded?
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature, and within thirty days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our response will be sent to you in writing or electronically.
If your application is rejected, if you find the response insufficient or if no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of the response and, in any case, within sixty days of the application date (KVKK Art. 14).
