When is this form used?
On our tours, we process most of your personal data on legal grounds that do not require explicit consent, such as the performance of a contract and our legal obligations (see the Tour Participants Privacy Notice). For the processing activities below, however, your explicit consent is required. The consent declaration is obtained in writing at tour registration through the Tour Registration and Explicit Consent Form; this page is published so that you can read the content of the declaration in advance.
Processing activities for which explicit consent is requested

Content of the consent declaration
Of my own free will, I give my explicit consent to Seçkinler Hazır Giyim Turizm Otelcilik Eğlence Organizasyon Reklam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi for the processing activities I have ticked below, within the scope explained above. This declaration is separate from the Tour Participants Privacy Notice provided to me separately:

You may withdraw your consent
You may give or withhold consent separately for each processing activity. You may withdraw your consent at any time through one of our application channels. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out on the basis of consent up to that date; after that date, the related data will no longer be processed for this purpose and any published images will be removed within a reasonable period. Tour registration and prices do not depend on giving explicit consent.
